We author safety cases for the different phases in the lifecycle of facilities. For example, we provide safety cases for design, construction and commissioning, for operation and for decommissioning.
Our services include the production of Pre-Commissioning Safety Reports (PCSRs), Periodic Safety Reports (PSR) and Continued Operation Safety Reports (COSR), Fault Analysis, Safety Functional Requirements (SFR), Design Basis Accident Analysis (DBAA), Probabilistic Safety Assessment (PSA), and category 1, 2 and 3 Plant Modification Proposals (PMP).
In order to ensure accuracy our safety cases are commonly compiled in association with a facility’s Safety Case Officer and the facility’s operational staff.
